*****IF YOU COME TO THE CLUB ,PLEASE USE THE STAIRS AS AN ENTRANCE UNTIL SATURDAY. WE FIXED THE HANDICAP RAMP AND THE SIDEWALK IS CLOSED AS WE NEED IT TO DRY AS LONG AS POSSIBLE!!!!!! Thank you for your cooperation!

AGAIN, …..C DOCK IS NOT OPEN ,

There is still a lot of work to be done including and not limited to diving down. So we will be having another work party on Saturday May 21,900amto1200… BUT there will be no lunch served and no access to the seniors room or hall as we are already set up for Opening Night! So if you haven’t done any hours, or need a few more, Please come on down on Saturday and make the beach and clubhouse pristine for our Opening. And we hope to open C dock next week if we get it all done.

Thanks to Donna Dyer our summer entertainment is ready to go with entertainment each weekend.Starting June 17, (calendar attached).

ALSO,

Please go online to our website https://www.wycma.com and make yourself a new profile so you can find all the info you need about the Club. This is also where you upload your information and we confirm it before we give you your sticker. This is also where you can find the Club Rules, Dock Rules, Mooring Rules and all other info you will need to know, including the full Calendar of Events, Invasions, etc.

June is a Social Meeting-

We have a special guest coming to our next Social Meeting on Tuesday, June 7, to teach us how to use the AED (defibrillator) unit at our doorway. Although this is not the full CPR course,It will be very helpful to know what we have to save a life! ( I am also trying to get a CPR class to our club for members, mtc).

I want to personally thank the workparty today, Michael Reynolds headed the cement project and it went wonderfully, thanks Andy Moore,Niel Deery, Adam Yarosh and friends. I’m sure you’re all going to be very pleased with the outcome and we even have a surprise for you all on the beach. BUT please do not step on the ramp until the tape is removed!

Thank you so very much for all who help in getting us in and up and (almost) running! We could not do it without members’ help, so please know how grateful I am to have you all who have stepped up in one way or another to get us to where we are. Although I haven’t even looked at my boat as of yet(will do first thing after opening), I wish you all who can go to the dock this weekend a safe and happy splash!
